During pregnancy, women may experience symptoms such as back pain, pelvic discomfort, sciatica, and joint pain due to hormonal changes and physical adjustments to accommodate the growing baby. Nutrition involves the intake of essential nutrients required for the body to function optimally. A balanced diet includes carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals, all of which play crucial roles in maintaining health, supporting immune function, and promoting energy levels. Proper nutrition can aid in weight management, enhance overall wellness, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork, unless you are able to complete the forms online.
Intake, Examination, and Treatment: Please allow up to one hour for this visit so that we may have a thorough understanding of your concerns, discuss your medical history, and conduct a physical examination to further evaluate your condition(s).
When you arrive, you'll start by completing any necessary paperwork, followed by a brief tour of our facility. Next, you'll meet with the doctor for an evaluation and any required testing to assess your level of function, the condition of your spine and joints, your desired goals, and the root cause of your health concerns. If you have any imaging reports (X-rays, MRIs, CAT scans), please bring those on the first visit so that we may review those findings with you. Thereafter, we will discuss formulated treatment recommendations specifically for you and initiate treatment so you may begin to feel relief already on that first visit!
We do not currently accept insurance as we prefer the flexibility to treat patients as needed without the limitations
imposed by insurance companies. However, we provide Superbills for treatments rendered, which you can submit to your health
insurance company for possible reimbursement.
It's important to note that most insurance plans in Florida offer minimal coverage
for chiropractic services, making it an out-of-pocket expense even for insured patients.
You will know the exact costs before any treatments. While we cannot determine your actual cost until after an initial visit, we have full transparency regarding any treatments we recommend and are upfront about costs. We also offer packages and memberships to help reduce costs.
No contracts are necessary; however, for your convenience, we do offer membership plans that allow you to have discounted pricing for services as well as packages that will be available in the future.
Prices vary depending on the type of treatment you receive. Memberships and packages grant our patients discounted prices on care.
The initial visit will include a detailed examination and first treatment for $75.
For follow up spinal adjustments, pricing is $55 (without membership).
For additional modalities, pricing may vary between $15-$70 (with membership).
